1 portion of rice/champignon concoction (keep the other in the fridge) 420 kcal

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry champignons, add meat, rice, beaten eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, mix everything, put the whole pan in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
