Fried Potatoes with Grilled Peppers Recipe

1 portion of fried potatoes with grilled peppers (keep the other in the fridge) 275 kcal

For 2 servings: 2 tbsp olive oil, 300 g small potatoes cut into slices, 30 g onions, 200 g grilled pickled peppers (or fresh), spices for potatoes Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions, add potatoes, potato spices, fry, reduce the heat to very low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with paprika
