For 2 servings: 300 g small potatoes, 250 g champignons (or other mushrooms), 50 g onion, garlic clove, 100 g skimmed milk, 10 g whole wheat flour, 200 g cucumber, 200 g canned (drained) turkey peas, 200 g Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, spray oil Boil the potatoes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry chopped onion and garlic, add mushrooms, fry for a few minutes, add milk, flour, spices, heat everything while stirring until a firm sauce is formed. Mix cucumber/turkey peas/yogurt/salt. Serve potatoes with sauce and salad
