Veal Ham with Tomatoes and Capers Recipe

1 portion of veal ham with tomatoes and capers (store the other one in the fridge) 340 kcal

For 2 servings: 400 g veal ham, 400 tomatoes, 2 tbsp pickled capers, salt, pepper, spray oil The meat is cut into slices, spread out, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 1 min on each side. Put the entire pan in an oven heated to 180 degrees for another 10 minutes. Served with tomatoes sprinkled with capers, salt and pepper
